, and moved to England, with no stopping after that. It is now popular and available in all parts of the world. There have been different names given to these shoes by different countries, e.g. in United States it is known as wingtips. It doesn't necessarily get imported from United Kingdom any more but gets manufactured locally in most countries. But this has been the case with all the popular footwear, fashion wear or any other consumer object. When people give it a mass thumbs up, then the competition increases and multiple manufacturers spring up in every region. This has both a down side and upside. The upside is that because of the competition, consumer gets more variety and comparatively cheaper rates. However, the downside is that it looses its authenticity; sometimes it even the charm of having that special shoe that nobody else has it.
