Buick Regal MI Drivers Gain More Value as Buick Overtakes Other Luxury Brands
DETROIT, M.I. Buick Regal MI owners have been enjoying their Buick Regal MI vehicles since the day they first drove them home, and if the positive press continues for the vehicle, they'll be reaping the rewards as resale value increases.
U.S. News & World Report picked the 2011 Buick Regal out of a field of competitors such as BMW and Lexus and named it the "Best Car for the Money" in the category of Upscale Sedan. The Buick Regal is comparatively low when positioned against other base level luxury or premium sedans.
"This award confirms what many Buick Regal MI buyers have already found out," said Tony DiSalle, U.S. Vice President of Buick Marketing in a January General Motors press release. "The Regal delivers a dynamic driving experience that competes with the best import sport sedans in the mid-size car segment. Just as importantly, this sleek, smart, top-safety-rated car is attracting new customers to the Buick brand."
MI Auto Times recognized the Buick Regal as a muscular, sports performance hero that could easily go head-to-head with some of the toughest luxury foreign makes on the market, and our editors chose the vehicle to be included in our Top 10 List released in September of 2010.

The following are some highlights for Buick Regal MI drivers from the U.S. News & World Report award, including how the vehicle scored in several categories, each given a number with a top possible score of 10 for each category:
The Regal was rated 9.0 for performance. Multiple reviewers such as Autoweek were listed as fans of the Buick Regal's handling and turbo talents.
The exterior was rated 9.2 thanks to its athletic, stylish appearance.
Interior features were rated 9.0 because of comfortable seating, a very quiet cabin and many options and available features from which to choose.
Families will be glad to know the Buick Regal achieved a perfect score of 10 in the Safety ratings for reasons including the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety classifying it as a Top Safety Pick.
The Buick Regal also comes with a four-year/50,000-mile basic warranty and a five-year/100,000-mile powertrain warranty.
The Regal is able to compete with other import vehicles such as BMW and Lexus because buyers may equip their Regal with luxury features at a lower price than they would with some other luxury models. Some of the pricier features that come standard on the Buick Regal CXL include XM Radio, Bluetooth, leather seating, power driver seat, heated driver and front passenger seats and OnStar.
All in all, as the Buick Regal continues to win awards and is recognized by top automotive industry insiders as an excellent choice in the luxury market, owners of the vehicles will have a much better resale value down the line.
