Build Strong Muscles - What You Need To Get Stronger And Muscular
Many people want strong muscles for their body
, but honestly they do not know how to get it? You probably know that to get great strong muscles you need to do the lot of exercises, eat proper food and push your limit.
Now let me tell you how to get strong muscles? As you know you have to eat the right food, this means no more chocolate and junk food. You must make sure that each of your meals is proportionate in protein, carbs and fat. You must have enough vitamins, minerals and of course lot of water. To make your meals protein rich you must eat food that is high in protein like chicken, nuts, egg whites, cod, steak etc. Proteins provide the necessary amino acids to quickly repair your body muscles after a heavy exercise. Water will help you to increase the intake of protein from either dairy products or any other supplement. Today protein shakes are available at most heath food shops or supermarkets; you can buy it and drink it along with eating high protein diet.
Now you need some good exercise to build your muscles, because good foods aren't sufficient to give you strong muscles. You must go to the gym for regular exercise with heavy weights. The reason is when you lift heavy weights all the muscles in the targeted muscle group take part and micro-tears develop in your muscle fibers.
How should you build up your weight lifting exercises? I suggest that you divide your big muscle groups into six. Then train 6 different muscle groups in six different days and take the seventh day as a rest day. This way each muscle group will get enough time to recover fully before they are put to training again. The other benefit of this approach is you will concentrate on one muscle group each day so you will stay more focused and you will be doing the exercise in proper manner with maximum weight.
That way each week, your muscles will grow bigger and become dense and strong. You can also do some other exercises like dumbbell or weight ball, Leg press and Leg extensions, Dead Lift, Squat, Cable Pull Down. You can also try to do chair crunches with wrist-weights on your hand to build more resistance.
Cardio exercises do not help directly in building strong muscles. That is why many muscle building gurus advice not to do cardio. But there is a big indirect benefit in doing cardio exercises. Cardio exercises increase your overall stamina so you can do strength training for longer time and build muscles in shorter period of time.
Finally take extra proteins for building and repairing muscle tissue. Now you will get strength, power and big strong muscles.
