The trick is in stacking the routines so that it does not feel like you have spent 40 minutes on the exercises. This is very easy as the product itself outlines the way the super stacking technique can be achieved in the comfort of your own home.

As per the author, the 10-minute workout combines all the exercises necessary from the fat-burning cardio to the total body conditioning and toning and, finally, to the abdominal workouts. Now, contrast that with the 1-hour routines of other workouts.


Just to give a clearer idea of a 10-minute workout: You start with 10 moves in 10 minutes to condition, tone and sculpt the body from head to toe.
