Choose two fat burning workouts that are easy and convenient. Such as, running on a treadmill or a yoga video. However, I would be cautious of the impact it can have on your legs. I suggest that you start with a good stretch and warm up your body up.

Try 3 Sets 10-15 Reps of the following:

310 Push-Ups

310 Sit-Ups

310 Mountain Climbers

310 Jumping Jacks

310 Lunges

Gradually work your way up to 30-45 reps or to what ever you are comfortable doing with in your time frame. Many athletes and ?tness enthusiasts engage in these types of exercises because it warms your body up very quickly. If you increase your reps and minimize your rest time this can be a complete exercise routine in it self. You will feel stronger with in a week and will be burning fat at the same time.

Now, you can add jump roping to the end of your routine. This will get you to the next level. If you do not have rope, you can use your stairs or any high place to jump up and down. The greatest thing about these routines is you can do them at home and save money on high priced gym memberships.

Some tips you should know before you start exercising. It is important to breath properly. Inhale through your nose and exhale out your mouth. This will prevent you from getting light headed and passing out. Rest between sets. Try to rest for one minute, but if you need more, take the time. Keep in mind you will need to push your self a little try to complete all five exercise with ten reps. If you can't complete that amount than you will need to lower your reps. The idea is to build muscle, burn fat, and increase Cardio. You do not want to work to the point that you are too sore to exercise the next day.

As you get stronger, you can add more intensity. Try holding dumbbells as you do sit-ups and lunges. If you do not have dumbbells, you can use anything that has weight such as, two cans of corn. We all have the ability to exercise in our own home without expensive equipment or costly memberships. If you look around your home you will find chairs you can do reverse pushups for your tri-ceps, a wall that you can do a pushup against. I also bet you have a sofa you can put your feet under and do sit-ups. Stop making excuses. Start with theses five simple exercises, be aware of the food you are putting in your body, and get fit, burn fat, and feel good!
