I love basketball so much

I love basketball so much. I love March Madness. I love the NBA playoffs. I love going out with my friends and playing pick up games. I was never that great of a player. I remember when my high school team played against Troy Murphy, who is currently in the NBA. Murphy scored about forty out of the total sixty points for his team and was phenomenal. However, I was on the bench when while all this happens. Still, I love to play recreational basketball. I have learned throughout my time playing basketball that it is important to have the right shoes. I used to buy the cheapest shoes possible in middle school. But after several ankle injuries, I have come to realize that buying better shoes really does make a difference in maintaining health. And why not look cool while playing basketball too? I found a few websites that have some great basketball shoes that look awesome while also providing great comfort and safety that I would like to share with you. Basketball shoes are a must for any active man.

For those of you who do not always play on the blacktop, it is important to get a good pair of indoor shoes. Sometimes outdoor shoes get too roughed up on the blacktop and then when you get into a gym, you are slipping and sliding all over the place. You need to have some grip and these shoes are made to handle the wear and tear of the hardwood. Also, be sure not to wear the indoor shoes too much outside. They will get worn out really easily and then when you go back inside on the court, it will be too slippery.

If you need a lot of protection, get the HIGH shoes. These basketball shoes provide a lot of extra ankle support. Anyone who has played a lot of basketball knows that the game is tough on the ankles. High shoes will help prevent your ankles from rolling over and getting hurt. Professionals like to use the high shoes, but beware that it does decrease some mobility and comfort. Still, anyone with ankle injuries should definitely consider these shoes. Some players instead like to rely on tape of ankle braces. These can be effective safety measures, but once you get used to the tape or braces, your ankles become weaker and it will be harder to play sports without tape or braces.

The last kind of shoes are low. This is for people that want to play casually and are not too worried about injury. Some of these shoes look great and you can wear them out with different types of outfits. And who knows? Maybe you will go out, and then break out the basketball game if the situation arises. One can never be too sure when one will be challenged to an impromptu one on one session. Personally, I like to have a few pairs of low basketball shoes for different casual outfits that I can wear out with friends.
