When it comes to buy sell, it is always a decision needing much care and consideration

. Although buy sell is the most popular hobby and people are always involved in these activities but it is yet an important decision. The item which is under consideration for buy sell will decide the importance and urgency of the decision.

When it comes to buying the care and consideration is higher because one has to use that product after purchase. There are many items which comes under the category of daily use items like soap, sugar, etc. whereas some items are purchased as lifetime assets like TV, car, or other electronic equipment; obviously these two decisions vary a lot and the time and effort the buyer will spent on these two decision will also be different. Some items are just of mediocre importance like clothes, shoes etc. and thus given normal time and effort in selection.

When it comes to selling an item, the decision mostly revolves around the money i.e. if the cost of the product is recovered the seller doesnot bother much about who will go to have that product.

Depending upon the nature of the item purchased or sold a person should spent time and effort for its buy sell. For example, it must not happen that while purchasing soap or any other product from Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) category, the purchaser is spending too much time which it is not worth of or while purchasing car or any other electronic item the buyer makes the decision without considering every detail. There should be a balance and one should know which decision is important enough to spent time and efforts on.

Another growing trend these days is buy sell online. One must understand the pros and cons of buying or selling on the internet. The most common mistake made by people while buying online is overlooking shipment cost and return policy of the company. They must not be overlooked because sometimes the shipment cost or restocking fee (return fees) is way too high making the price of the product unjustified. Moreover while selling, all the possible options must be considered before accepting any bid to have your product sold at higher possible rate
