These days, we entertain, we socialise as a family, we eat and we cook all in the kitchen. That means that function isnt good enough on its own anymore. All of this means that when we are buying a new blender, toaster or dishwasher, we are not just buying a piece of equipment to make our lives easier. We are also investing in a lifestyle. A piece of furniture that reflects our taste and our way of life. It may sound strange to say it but our kitchens, like our cars and our bedrooms, can tell others a lot about us. A modern, minimalist kitchen suggests that you are someone who likes to be calm and collected, that you are someone who likes to keep a clear head and maintain control. A traditional kitchen indicates that you like the more earthy pleasures in life, that you like to get involved. A bright and colourful kitchen would suggest a love of life and larger than life persona. What might your kitchen be saying about you and your lifestyle?
