There is plenty of room for a single person or for an entire family, and it comes at just under $600,000, if you know where to look. But what if you have no prior experience with this area of Phoenix? How can you make sure that you are getting the price and the place that you want? There are a few things that you can do:

Tell them how many people are in your household, what your price range is, and exactly what kind of space and amenities that you are looking for in a condo.
