Install on domain: type your domain name.
Install in directory: If this blog is the only thing that you will have on this domain, then you can leave this field blank. If you choose to host other properties on this domain, put the blog in its own directory called, "blog."
Admin access data: Enter an username that you will remember. The default is 'Admin,' but if you leave the username as 'Admin,' it will make your web site much simpler to hack.
Make a strong password that is alpha-numeric, and includes upper and lower case letters and a few characters. Write down your username and password and keep them somewhere safe.
Admin nickname: Select this carefully as this will be displayed publicly as the author of your weblog posts.
Admin email: This is the email address that will be associated with the weblog.
Web site name: This is the name of the blog.
Description: This is where you would put your weblog's tagline if you have one.
After you fill in all of those fields, click on 'Install WordPress,' next click 'Finish installation.' The program will send you an email with all of the details about your WordPress installation.
