CRG Kart and its Ascension To Kart Racing Recognition

In the world of go kart racing, CRG Kart is a big name. However, it was not always like this. Back when the founders started CRG Kart, it was actually known as Kali Kart. Carlo Vanaria, Roberto Vanaria and Giancarlo Tinini founded this company back in the 1970's, within the Kali Kart name.

Kali Kart wasn't really taken seriously in go kart circles up until the 1980's, however. It was at about this time that Kali Karts started to produce World Championship winners. One of those winners was a famous go-kart racer named Mike Wilson.

The Name Change:

The actual reason behind the name change from Kali Karts to CRG Kart is not exactly known. It is believed that the leaders needed to produce a new reputation for themselves, though. What is obvious is exactly why they decided the name CRG.

Even though it hasn't been by far the most imaginative name change, the organization has proven itself to be very creative, in general. Among those innovative tactics was to get together with Dino Chiesa, one of the best chassis mechanics in the world of shifter kart racing. That agreement has confirmed to be incredibly valuable for CRG.

15 World Championships:

Last year, CRG earned its 15th World Championship win, which cemented them into the annals of history. CRG became the racing organization with the most go kart racing titles on the planet at that time. However, they did not stop at that point.

New Developments:

The minds at CRG are always trying to build newer and better racing karts. This Season they managed this, releasing the Supra Kart chassis series. The Supra Kart series was specially designed with convenience as their intended purpose. CRG understands that there are numerous different go kart racers around and has tried to design the Supra line to suit the entire group. For example:

Supra Kart chassis models suit both junior and senior racers

Supra Kart chassis models support both two and 4 cycle engines

So, it appears certain that CRG Kart is here to stay. Despite the fact that the name might have changed, the innovative developments and championship wins have kept right on happening. CRG Kart is definitely coming up with new and interesting technology to help keep shifter kart racers and fans pleased.
