CRM on the Ipad kind of incorporates both of these things, except you can take it anywhere that you have in mind!

For example, if you had a scenario in which you forgot your computer or you had one of those days where you just couldn't get a grip on yourself and weren't entirely sure what you would need for a client meeting, then you may not realize it, but with an Ipad, you can take care of this by simply adding an app that has the program to your Ipad and then transferring the information!

Now, on one hand, if you aren't really good about keeping up with electronics, no matter how large they are, then it probably isn't such a great idea for you to use an Ipad to keep your information on you.

However, if you are on the go and you need to see what's going on with that particular client before you meet up with them, so you know what to discuss, what should have been discussed, and can better assess how they feel about their accounts, and also see how you can draw them back in if they are considering going elsewhere.

Not to mention that it helps you to take care of both old clients and new ones, without worrying about neglecting older clients or leaving newer ones by the wayside.

The point is that you can use this anywhere, meaning that you can serve your clients absolutely anywhere, no matter what the occasion is. You don't have to dig through files to find their information; you don't have to worry about losing anything. It's all right there on your Ipad, ready to go.

Not to mention that it's a lot quicker to get to CRM on your Ipad than it would be to get it on a computer. It only takes a few minutes to get to something on an Ipad, whereas it could take quite a bit longer to do something like that on a computer.
