If the customers were displeased on the quality of cable TV, they often call their customer service to complain or inquire about the problems of their cable connections.
The customer service were also the reason why the customers are satisfied or not. If they are dealing with a serious customer in order to resolve all of their problems and inquiries, they must answer them in a nice way. Since the employees under the company's customer service were able to be trained by their supervisor, the customers are expecting that these employees may know what are they looking for. Major cable companies in the US right now are very serious in training their employees, in order for them to be ready in answering the complaints and inquiries of their customers. It is not an easy task to deal with a customer who is looking for quality services. We need to work and familiarize everything about the company in order for some possible customers to seal the deal with their chosen package from their respective service provider.
