Its a nice gesture for sure. Cadillac has announced it will offer free maintenance on 2011 models. This may be an effort not just to increase customer service, but to compete with Lincoln, which has a similar program. Regardless, you can schedule your Cadillac tune up from Ft. Myers dealers and keep your vehicle in optimum condition.

How exactly will this program work? Well, named the Cadillac Premium Care Maintenance plan, it will not include brake or other areas of the car considered normal wear and tear. What it will include are scheduled oil changes, engine and cabin air filters, tire rotation and regular inspection.

Cadillac supposedly did not include normal wear and tear because there is such a diversity of needs among different vehicles that it would not level out well for all customers. The Cadillac Premium Care Maintenance plan will be good for any vehicle sold from now through September 7 and will be in effect for three years or 45,000 miles.
