Home window repair is not a task that I wanted to take part in on this lovely winter morning
, but apparently Mother Nature felt I should. We have a beautiful oak tree in our front yard covered in ice from the freeze last night, I guess the weight on this particular branch gave way and came crashing into my kitchen window. Thank you Mother Nature!

The edges, even on a new pane, can be dangerous and it is not easy to work a pane into an existing window frame.
