Call The Wildlife Foundation, A Whale Has Beached

Penelope had not always been overweight, in fact when she was a teenager and a young woman she was quite skinny and very attractive

. She was the type to draw second looks and attract plenty of male attention, so it was no surprise when she settled down and married her high school sweetheart.

After each child was born her weight was more than before, and after four kids she was overweight and bordering on obese. As Penelope grew bigger she became more self conscious about her weight, and stopped feeling attractive. The clothes that she wore were large and covered more of her body, and she no longer enjoyed going out among people because of her size and appearance.

One beautiful summer day her children wanted to go to the beach, so that they could enjoy the water and get away from the heat. Once they reached their destination the children ran to the water's edge while Penelope laid out the beach towels and then sat down.

Penelope heard snickering and giggling behind her so she looked around, and spotted three teenage boys on the beach looking her way. She heard one of the boys say to the others " Call the wildlife foundation because a whale has beached." The boy was pointing right at her, and Penelope was mortified. Her face turned bright red with embarrassment and shame, and she wished that she could just disappear into the sand.

After returning home that day Penelope swore that she would never feel that way again, and she was determined to lose the weight and get back to a smaller size. She called her doctor and set up an appointment to talk about losing weight, and he gave her some advice and tips to help her start.

Penelope found a diet plan that would work well with her preferences and lifestyle, and she made it a point to get at least thirty minutes of exercise each day. Instead of snacking on junk food and going to fast food restaurants all the time Penelope started to eat at home more, and include plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in her diet.

The incident at the beach to Penelope a year ago, but thanks to her determination and the changes that she made together with a fantastic diet plan, things have changed drastically since then. This year when Penelope took her children to the beach, instead of wearing layers of tent like clothing she strutted her stuff in a string bikini and look gorgeous when she did so.

As she strolled along the beach chasing her children Penelope thought back to the humiliating experience a year ago in the same spot, and she could not believe all of the changes that she had made. Now instead of disgust she was being openly admired, and stared at for far different reasons. The whale was gone, and in her place was a beautiful swan instead, one who was attractive and confident in her appearance. The weight loss was not always easy, but the end results made it worth all the effort.
