This is according to Natalie Smith, who wrote on Ionad News that people feel let down if they simply get through to a recorded message.

She said: "People are disappointed with automated voice answering. This provides your customers [with] real voice responses on how to fix their appointments, to generate sales and the like."

The commentator added that call answering services can benefit all companies, regardless of what industries they are in.


She suggested that having people who can answer the phone even when those involved in the enterprise are busy is "very important".

This can be particularly relevant, she argued, when staff members take holidays. In such circumstances, consumers may be left entirely unable to get through to the firm for the duration of the break.

Ms Smith added that inbound telemarketing service providers are also helpful because they can answer basic questions from customers and can perform tasks such as setting up an appointment with prospects and making sales.

She said that using quality and fast telemarketing services can boost a firm because it means consumers feel a sense of trust and are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Having these services may be particularly relevant during busy holiday periods such as the summer and Christmas. Having a team dedicated to answering calls can mean businessmen and women do not have to worry as much about staff absences.

This could potentially free them up to spend more time out the office and even allow them the necessary window to go on a family holiday or other excursion.
