You are looking through all of the numbers that you have stored in your cell phone and one of them just seems to be grabbing your attention
. Every single time that you see it, you get a sensation that there is a reason why it seems to keep popping out at you. It's your ex girlfriend's phone number, the one that you have not spoken to in some time and a part of you wants to just hit the send button and call her up. Should you?
First thing that you really want to ask yourself is WHY you want to call her in the first place? What are your real intentions behind that feeling that you should speak to her again? It's one thing to call her up just to see what it is that she has been up to since the last time the two of you spoke with one another. It's another thing if you have another motive behind making that phone call.

If the real reason why you want to get in contact with your former girlfriend is because you are feeling like you want her back in your life, then there a few things that you need to be realistic about. They are:
a) She could be deeply involved with someone else right now and your phone call could end up proving to be unwanted at this time.
b) She might not be the same woman that you used to know. People can change in a short period of time and the woman that you are longing for might not be the one you end up talking to.
c) She might have only bad thoughts when she thinks of you. Just because you have good thoughts about her, it doesn't necessarily mean that she feels the same way.
GO SLOW AND SEE WHAT'S UP -
If the main reason why you want to get in contact with your ex girlfriend again is because you want to win her back, then my number one suggestion is just to take things slow. You have to get to know her again and you have to figure out what her current situation is. You don't want to blurt out that you want her back in the first few minutes that you are talking to her, because that is the kind of thing that could make her hang up and ignore it when you try to call her back.
