WHAT IS THE BASIS OF THE PLAN?

In principle, our body's overall metabolic rate is increased by the Calorie shifting plan.

Don't worry if you don't know what exactly the Metabolic rate is?

In simple words, it's defined as how fast our body consumes the food i.e. burns the calories in the food.

It can be seen commonly that some individuals, despite eating all day whatever they want and how much they want do not gain even a single pound of weight, This is simply because their calories are burnt at a much higher rate due to their higher metabolic rate in comparison to us.

So increasing the metabolic rate is the real trick. You must be thinking now but how to increase it?

It's a very common occurrence that some people who go on a STRINGENT diet do notice some weight loss at first but after a considerable amount of time their energy levels begin to drop abruptly making them really lethargic. Now, this is primarily caused due to the fall in our metabolic rate owing to the fact that when our body is not getting adequate food it goes in the Protection mode i.e. it does not consume much calories thereby dropping the metabolic rate .

As weird as it may sound but that's the TRUTH !!

The simple secret is to SHOCK our body leaving it puzzled.

When you are consuming regular amount of calories your metabolic rate is pretty normal, whereas, when you will decrease your calorie intake the next day your metabolic rate also comes down. Now, the next day the calorie intake is normalized again and hence restoring your metabolic rate.

Consequently, our body gets confused and begins shedding weight by raising its total metabolic rate.

KEEP IN MIND:- After you have finished one cycle in 11 days, there must be two or three CHEAT DAYS to eat whatever you want but only till satisfaction. Unnecessary stuffing is not allowed!

IS THERE ANY SPECIFIC WORKOUT ROUTINE?

Very important question! In simple words, NO as the plan raises your metabolic rate enough all by itself.

However, there is no loss in doing few simple workout routines alongwith the plan particularly if you desire of a fully toned body because losing weight alone does not tone your body.

Although, there is no necessary workout routine as per the plan. (Now that's great!)

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

Honestly telling, the metabolic rate increases slowly and gradually, and hence the results will start to show up after a week at least.

Now coming to the question how much can you lose? I'll say 9 pounds max in 11 days.

If I look at myself I lost about 5 pounds in the first 2 weeks and then lost six pounds on average in my next 11 day cycles although I had already lost some considerable amount of weight before this as-well. However, I'm confident you can definitely lose more than this!

WHAT DO WE HAVE TO EAT?


Believe me, you won't have to survive on irritating foods or boiled veggies. The diet is just normal and the food variety is also very huge. Consequently, following the diet is a cakewalk!
