Can Anyone Learn Astral Projection?

Our soul or the astral body within defines what we are actually and the real purpose of our life in true sense of the term

. The inner self needs us to realize its presence and perceive that our normal day to day schedule does not complete us. It is our immortal soul that makes us know the purpose of our existence. Astral Projection is all about being able to separate one's astral body, that is, his soul, or his subtle within, from his own physical body and project it to higher astral planes. The holy men of yester years were believed to successfully practice astral projection. They used to stay in remote caves in mountains and were able to project their inner self to places of their wish while the body was in the same state of extreme focus and concentration as it is under the effect of extreme meditational practices. These men were able to use the sub-conscious part of the brain to levels that an ordinary man cannot even dream of and all this by following advanced meditational techniques.

Learn astral projection through the following steps. Firstly we should find a quiet and dimly lit room for inducing astral projection. We should wear loose and comfortable clothes and then start off by breathing deeply in order to relax and rid ourselves of all tensions and negative thoughts that create distractions.

Initially we must start with meditational practices that will help us calm down our mind. We should then focus on the image of our inner self slowly separating from our physical body .We must intensely focus on this picture in our mind, visualize ourselves floating out of our bodies if required, and the energy flow from our body should charge up tthis vision to make astral projection successfully happen.

The big ball of light theory can also be another method of practicing astral projection wherein the person focuses on the fact that his or her inner self separates from the physical body and moves straight into the light emitted. A crop can also be used where it is thought as a rope which helps the soul to cling on to the former and ultimately separate from the body. The physical form will always try to cling on to our inner self and will never voluntarily let the latter separate from it. One must strive hard at this juncture to ultimately separate it.

Remember that continuously thinking whether whatever you are doing is working or not will never let you achieve the separation. Moreover, the strong pull back into your body that you'll experience just after separation, or even the slightest of fears regarding whether you'll be able to return back, will result in you being immediately sucked back and awakened to the reality with a jolt. Pure faith and belief achieves almost anything and thus truly believe that you'll be able to achieve this feat without having any fears.

Lastly, one must conclude by saying that you can learn astral projection with the help of technology in today's world. Binaural beats refer to hearing two different sound waves through each of your ears which travels to your brain and synchronizing there to create the mental state necessary for astral projection.
