You may also consider your own time plan in case you have to offer him the course on your own, or you should drive him to the music school.

Wok hard on making your child thinks that learning piano is something nice, useful, and will benefit him a lot in the future. It is really bad when your child have the feeling that he is on duty while learning how to play keyboard.

You have to think of ways to make it more enjoyable like giving your child rewards if a chord had been done correctly. Strictness during practice makes it stressful on the part of the child. He will start to think that piano lessons are a bore and is another chore that had to be done before the end of the day. If they fool around with the keys, don't get mad. They are just getting the hang of it.
