Deja Vu is a very common experience, and is accompanied by strong feelings of having been somewhere before, or having seen something in the past...EVEN though you know with 100% certainty that you haven't.
More elaborate psychic experiences like seeing people who have died, or having out of body experiences are actually FAR more common than many skeptics will admit as well! For example, 1 out 2 people will be "visited" by a deceased loved one after they've passed...and while many people won't talk about it, it's a pretty common experience for sure!
So too are those that involve "leaving" your body and seeing the world from a peculiar place OUTSIDE of your phsyical self. (crazy....but I've had this happen many times with practice, and it's the most amazing experience you can have!)
The bottom line?
There is a DEFINITE difference between psychic experiences and feeling nuts! The only way to know for sure is to actively engage your psychic "side" and to encourage and exercise the "muscles" that lead to unbelievable experiences. (i know it's made ALL the difference for me!)
