Can The No Contact Rule Really Work In Getting Him Back?

In spite of what many experts say, the no contact rule doesnt mean that you never contact your ex ever again. This is just a cooling off period. If you never contacted him again, never spoke with him or saw him he would no doubt think that you really didnt care for him or love him any more. He would think that you had moved on and perhaps he would move on himself thinking that all feelings from you were lost.

While the no contact rule is important it is even more important to know when to break it, what the signs are that it is time to initiate contact with your ex and what to say and do when you finally do get back in touch with your ex. If you think that youre just going to sit down with him and ask him to get back together you will be sadly disappointed.

You need to know what to say to move him emotionally and what to do to create attraction with him. You need to know how to plant the seed of desire in his heart and how to make it grow until being apart from you becomes overwhelming. These are the important things that will help you to get him back. Not sitting in your house waiting for the phone to ring.
