Can You Mend A Relationship And A Broken Heart?

You are so confused right now, you don't quite know what to make of the situation that you are in

. You feel a mixture of emotions that you are not used to feeling and if there is one thing that you do know, it's that you really don't want to feel this way. However, you can't ignore the fact that you do. You feel like your heart has been broken and you want so badly to be able to find a way to mend that broken heart, while at the same time - you want to be able to also mend your relationship with your ex girlfriend. Can you do both?

You can, but it certainly isn't going to be the easiest thing that you can do. The first thing that you need to do is to work on that broken heart. If you try to win back your ex girlfriend and mend the relationship while you are feeling like your heart is broken, you are bound to end up failing and I am certain that is not what you want to do.

So, what can you do to work on that broken heart?

Most of the time, you feel that way because when you think about the future, it feels lonely. You are feeling like you aren't going to have that love that you desire and that is what makes you feel that sinking feeling in your chest. If you can change the way that you see the future and allow yourself to be optimistic and hopeful about your chances of being able to find love again, you will find that your broken heart feeling starts to go away. When that happens, THEN you can work on winning her back.

See, the problem you will face if you try to win back your ex girlfriend while you still feel like your heart is broken, is that you are going to end up overreacting to situations and getting all dramatic and that doesn't really make that good of an impression on a woman when you are trying to make her fall in love with you again.

Once you do that, you need to start working on making her feel like she wants you again. As long as you can stoke that fire of desire within her and make her see you as an option, that's going to be a good start. Of course, you are going to have to do a little more than that, so you are also going to have to figure out what she needs to feel in order to feel safe about exploring the relationship with you one more time.

Chances are, she found that her heart got broken as well, or at least - she felt disappointed by the way that things were going and that is why she decided to end the relationship. You need to make her feel like choosing you is not only an exciting option, but a safe one as well. That way she won't hesitate the moment that she feels like getting back together with you is the right idea.
