Just use the same antiperspirant that works the best for you for the underarms on the palms of your hands in the morning as part of your routine. It is easy to keep a small bottle or can in your purse or desk, or in the glove compartment of your car, to apply routinely during the day. As you leave your desk for a meeting, a quick additional application can be added.

For a more potent application aluminum chloride paint can be used directly on the palms. You get the primary ingredient without the other stuff. It is just as easy to use and can be kept close by for routine applications during the course of a day.

This chemical does not necessarily cure sweaty hands, but is one of the ideas out there that might help relieve the symptoms while discovering the underlying causes and a more permanent cure.
