Washing hair is a fine process, and requires lots of attention

. If you are negligent towards washing your hair, it may cause a lot of damage. You must keep in mind that the hair strands, are actually very delicate, therefore, require a lot of care and effort.

Before washing hair, it is important that you comb them really well, to remove all the tangles. Then wet your hair using lukewarm, thoroughly, to open up the cuticle pores and to remove the grime and the oil from the scalp. Make sure that water is not too warm as it can make the hair dry and brittle. Put few drops of clarifying shampoo on your palm, rub the hands together and apply it on the scalp. Avoid applying shampoo on the hair ends at it weakens the end causing them to split.

Do not massage vigorously, as it may tangled up the hair. Massage the shampoo gently using fingertips and rinse with cold water to close the cuticle pores. Shampoo your hair twice, as the second course of the shampoo nourishes the hair. Let the shampoo remain in the hair for some time, rinse it with water and let your hair dry.

Afterwards, apply a conditioner with gentle strokes, to moisturize and hydrate the scalp and get rid of the excess conditioner by rinsing the hair with adequate amount of water. Gently let the water out of the hair, and avoid applying to much force, as hair are more likely to damage when wet. You can also apply a styling detangler to avoid the tangles. Avoid using hair dryers frequently, as it can strip the natural moisture in your hair, causing them to split.

When excess of water is out of the hair and tap dry the hair using a towel. Do not rub your hair with a towel, as it can weaken the hair. Let the hair dry, and comb them using a wide-tooth comb. The whole procedure may look tedious and may consume your time, but surely results in healthy and gorgeous looking hair.
