. If you have broken up with your girlfriend and you just cannot seem to get her out of your mind, then you are going to want to pay attention. You are probably wondering whether or not you can even win her back. Well, that is definitely a possibility. However, if you don't proceed with caution and use the proper techniques to win her back, you could be watching her walk out of your life forever.

1. Don't do what every other man would do. By this I mean all of the annoying behaviors that men do when a woman breaks up with him. Calling her at all hours. Text messaging her when she is at work or at home. Even trying hard to run into her when she is out and about. Choosing to do this is NOT a wise move if you want to make her want to get back with you, and if you do not take heed and make the wrong moves, you might find yourself in a bit of trouble.

2. Work on YOUR life FIRST. Before you can get back with your ex-girlfriend, you are going to have to make some changes to your life. That much is a given. If everything was proceeding the way it should, you wouldn't be where you are right now, trying to get back with your ex-girlfriend. So, work on keeping yourself in good shape and good spirits. Make your life attractive.

3. Use proven psychological principles to attract her back. Using certain tactics and certain psychological triggers, you can start to make her want to come back to you. You can make her feel a magnetic pull to want to be with you again. However, you have to do this the right way and still follow the first two tips.

Don't get hung up on wondering whether or not you WILL get her back. Instead, you want to decide to take a proactive stance in reconciling with your girlfriend. An exceeding number of men will just lazily wonder how they will get their girlfriend to come back to them.

They end up with their minds racing, hopelessly figuring out what their next move SHOULD be. Why waste all of that time when you could be more constructive and use a plan to attract her back.
