Establish the source of Anger: Establishing the root cause of your anger is the first step towards knocking it down altogether. You need to do a route cause analysis and find out where your anger started. This will be your course to keeping young. Could it have started during your young years? Could it be the crowd you hang around?

Forgive: This is a powerful word that, put into action achieves much. If you establish that someone hurt you at your young age and you've never forgiven them, this is the time to forgive and pray that you forget. If you do not forgive, this will always have the power to control you in every way. If on the other hand it's the crowd you hang out with, get new friends that will support you.

It's all in the mind: Get your mind to think about positive things. You have the control of your mind and can choose what you think about! Thinking positive will rid your mind of those negative feelings, keep your anger at bay and keep you young.

Check out the trigger: Get to know what triggers your anger. You are the best person to identify these triggers and take action before it escalates. It could mean moving away from the situation and taking time out.

Join a club: Do some activity that you like. For example join a swimming club or boxing club, this will help you release any stress, give you the benefits of keeping young and fit and certainly rid your anger!!
