I think the moral of this story i that you have to at some point get another person

involved and help you with SEO because if you are not constantly doing this then someone else will be and you ranking will slide. If you are reading this and you are a business owner then you can take heart that someone else is finding this whole SEO a tad stressful but at the same time very rewading.
