. What I am going to show you are symptoms such as ataxia, paresthesia, and peripheral neuropathy.

Ataxia is an inability to coordinate voluntary muscle movements; unsteady movements and staggering gait. Peripheral neuropathy is a neurological disorder resulting from damage to the peripheral nerves. It may be caused by diseases of the nerves or as the result of systemic illnesses. Symptoms include: weakness, numbness, and parasthesia.

Paresthesia is abnormal sensations, such as burning, tickling, pricking or tingling) and pain in the arms, hands, legs and/or feet.

A 47-year-old man who has been diagnosed with candidiasis also experiences those three symptoms mentioned above. Anti-candida diet is one of the first things that anyone, including your doctor, would suggest you to do upon finding out that you suffer from candidiasis. For example, in the beginning you can go down to only four things that you know for sure your body can handle, and later you can add one more thing, so when you get a side effect, like a headache half an hour or so after eating it, you know that that additional food is not good for you.
