If you have ever had a camera die on you then you will know my pain. I have had a beloved digital camera for years. It had taken a beating, but kept going. I thought that it would last forever, but alas, I was wrong. Of course, modern electronics aren't meant to last forever. Part of the reason is because they get outdated so quickly, but I digress. Let me just say that picking a new camera was a difficult job.

I search high and low for the best camera for my buck. I wanted something sturdy, easy to use, that takes great pictures, and won't cost me an arm and a leg. What I finally decided on was the Canon SX130. This camera has so many fun features and it totally well priced and I couldn't pass it up.

This black camera offers 720p HD and allows for full zoom in and out without losing any picture quality. It comes with a high powered 12 times wide-angle zoom that will let you get in real good and close for those candid shots. Plus it can also double for a video camera! What I totally love about this camera is the fun photo features like the fish eye setting for distorted photos and the miniature effects for movies.

The camera comes with some features that make picture taking super simple. Things like; Smart Flash Exposure, and face detection make snapped great shots easy. You don't have to be a professional to get the best out of this camera. It also comes with a three inch LCD display screen so you get a better idea of what your picture will look like before you even take it.

It only required two AA batteries which you can't really find with other cameras anymore. This makes it super easy to replace and, lucky for me, the batteries last a lot longer than I expected them to. Rechargeable batteries are the only way to go.

The best feature of this camera, by far, is the price. It is low priced for what you get with it. A really great deal. I ordered mine using a Newegg Promo Code and got an even better discount.
