Boulder's beach is situated close to the fishing town of Simon's Town
, a gorgeous naval station town that is famous for its seafood restaurants and history. Next door, Kalk Bay offers further restaurants, bars and art galleries and plenty of small boutiques with fascinating finds. This whole area provides a brilliant day out away from the more trendy side of Cape Town and into the more earthy tones that the other side of the mountain provides. A trip to Boulder's and the surrounding areas of Simon's Town and Kalk Bay can also easily be coupled by a visit to Cape Point.
