Do not make the mistake of not seeking any help or treatment. If you do this, you are not going to get the money you need from the insurance company. They will take the stand that you can't obviously be in all that much pain since you aren't seeking treatment. Basically, you can't sit by and wait to receive a cash settlement to get the help you need - even if money is tight. Start getting help right away. If you want to continue to follow up with your MD, you can do that, but you should not skip out on the chiropractor. If it makes you feel better, go to both.
