3.Get brown, leave white: in weight loss and dieting, your goal is to slim, to lose that belly fat and look good forever. White is an enemy when it comes to weight loss foods. Replace white refined rice for brown rice. Use whole wheat breads for snacks in place of the white breads and buns.
4.Choose fruit over juice: fruit has more fiber and less sugar than juice. This should be a wise decision on your part. You will get more vitamins, fiber and other nutrients for great health.
