Cars Are All About Looking The Best

Driving a car these days is all about owning the best car on the road; youngsters

are competing with each other to be popular for having the fastest and great looking car. Every day I get to hear my son moan about his small 1.5 litre car and how its embarrassing for him.

My son wants me to buy a new car for him, at first I thought no way but released for him to survive through college and university he will need a car that fits well in his social life. So after calculating my finances I decided I will buy him a new car, as I have some money to spare.

When I told my son he was very happy and excited, he went straight onto the internet to show me the car he likes. I was already to buy him the car until I saw his chosen Nissan in Surrey; I felt my heart skip a beat. Not only is the car too powerful for him but its way out of my budget, so I had no choice but to break the bad news to him.

Before I told him, I sat there listening to him talk about the new Nissan GT-R with Track Pack, which cost around 84,450. Its a Nissan GT-R that is fully road legal, but better and the car has the same engine specification as the regular 2012 model GT-R, which means 550PS of power and a 0-60 mph time of a mind-blowing 2.7 seconds.

As its a very powerful car, it has feature that are added to help maintain it image, such as lightweight six-spoke RAYS alloys with gloss black painted centres, additional cooling ducts built into the front bumper to cool the brakes, and the suspensions spring rates have been revised to be optimal for track use.

As great as the cars sound, its definitely a car that I cant afford, so I told my son and he took it very well.
