I've read on some articles that are publishing about Cartoon Express and called them a scam, but recently I bought some stuff from them and found them to be quite good not much of a scam like what I've heard @_@.

Anyway, this all came about when I got caught up in all that facebook cartoon profile picture day hype. Suddenly all my friends were changing their profile pictures to cartoons and I was going "what on earth is going on today!?"
