1 - You Must Work Your Activity Daily

Gifting must be worked daily for you to become successful. Write 1 blog post daily. Meet a ton of people daily. If not, you fail. I learned this fast.

What you get sprouts from what you give. What you offer freely returns multiplied. Your learning curve drops off quickly if you work daily. Simple.

2 - You Can Not Force Your Team to Do Anything

You can share a proven system to your team, and inspire your team to act, but you can not force them to do anything. Some will work, some won't. Accept this.

The toughest lesson for any cash gifting coach is that some people will fail, and be OK with it. Some will use failure as a prod, others as an excuse.

Be at peace with this. You did not fail if you shared a proven system and inspired. You can not force someone to do something they do not want to do.

3 - You Need to Meet New People Daily

Do not be comfortable working your team alone, trying to get them to make you money, or duplicate. Meet tons of new people daily. Reach out. Connect.

Of course you need to help your team. But you need to find new blood too. Tons of people out there, looking for a better way. Find them. Attract them.

You need to meet scores of new people each day to grow your team and help as many people as possible. Do not lose the drive, the hunger, to share gifting.

4 - You Need to Stick to the System

Create value and make meaningful connections each day. Do not take days off. OK, maybe 1 day a week. But that's it. If you want to succeed.

The learning curve persists, and even grows, for many, because they refuse to use a proven system, day in and day out. They switch it up. They quit.

They look for a quick buck, instead of sticking to basic, successful fundamentals like adding value and making strong connections.
