Sometimes we have a purpose , plan and motive
, but some things may Stand in the way of everyone like the atmosphere or our busy program, so I will tell you some of these obstacles and how we can face:-
1- Feeling embarrassed during running
Feeling embarrassed during running in public places is regarded as one of the main reasons that makes you stop running so what you should do?
Do not make people's views stand in the way of achieving your goal don't care about the opinions of people, you do not do something wrong you are practicing a healthy sport you should be proud of it.
When you go for running in public places do not think about the views of people just think of your goal and how you can achieve it.
Keep in your mind that everyone starts running felt and faced the same feeling you feel but look at the end of his story, you'll find that he succeeded in achieving his goal and facing this feeling, why you don't become like him?
2- Your time and running
Lack of time is regarded as a major reason which prevents you from running, but how to organize your time so you can run?
If you look at your day and what you do you may find some hours that you waste without any benefit that are less important than your health and your goal in losing weight such as watching television you can go running for 30-60 minutes and watch TV so as not deprive yourself from watching TV and in the same time keep running.
3- Boredom and running
You may feel bored as a result of running a lot so what you can do to face that feeling?
1.Always remind yourself about the benefits of running such as losing weight and having a healthy and beautiful body .
2.Try to renew the places in which you run for example you can run today in the garden of the house tomorrow at the club.
3.Try to participate in the races which give you the motivation to continue to run.
4.Try to find a friend close to you and make him share with you in your own program of running so that you will not feel Boredom.
4- Tiredness and running
Feeling tired may be sometimes the cause of not being able to run so if you feel tired and want to run what you can do?
Keep in mind that running requires energy and this energy comes from foods that contain sugars such as sweets so it is advisable for you to eat a piece of Chocolate at least an hour before running so that you will not feel tired and be able to continue running .
In case you find yourself feeling tired at the beginning of running you can start with walking and then gradually increase your speed until you find yourself able to run without feeling tired.
5- Weather and running
Do not make anything prevents you from achieving your goal
Weather may be cold or rainy or hot or snow then what you will do? Would you stop running? Would you stop achieving your goal? Of course not, but try to find solutions to every problem.
You should know that when you run, you make lots of efforts that leading to the generation of heat inside you and that's good for you if the weather is cold or rainy or snow, this leads to making you feel heating so your clothes should be appropriate to the atmosphere in which you will run.
