their holidays there will have access to a new team of experts via the newly set up Cayman Concierge service which has been launched by Cayman Islands Department of Tourism in the UK.

The difference between this service and other travel information providers is that tourists will receive up to the minute information, tips, recommendations and inspiration for their Cayman Islands holidays without the need of technical apps or in-depth website knowledge.

The Cayman Concierge is a personal service available via phone and email and is operated by a team of expert staff in the Cayman Islands.

Using their insiders knowledge, the team is on hand to provide information about Cayman hotels, tourist attractions, restaurants, watersports, diving sites, bird-watching, destination weddings, solo travel, family holidays in the Cayman Islands, and much more.

Don McDougall, runs the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism in the UK & Europe and he came up with the idea for the new service.

Cayman Concierge will be an invaluable resource effectively it is The Little Black Book for visitors, he explained.

The Cayman Islands are ideally suited to the independent traveller, but even those with the most adventurous spirit may still appreciate a guiding hand.

He added: For a relatively small country the Cayman Islands has enough to keep even the most active visitor busy, morning, afternoon and evening for at least a fortnight. However, sometimes the best experiences can also be the best-kept secrets which is why we are offering this new service Cayman Concierge.

During holidays to the Cayman Islands, tourists can relax on the famous white sand Seven Mile Beach on the western shores of Grand Cayman; explore mangrove forests, nature parks and the charming local villages; or go scuba diving in the crystal-clear turquoise waters to diving sites including the USS Kittiwake and colourful coral reefs.
