In my last article I spoke about the power of reflection
, as in taking stock each night of what actions you undertook that day which would lead you on the road to success with your home business online opportunity.
Doing this has two advantages, not just the one of keeping tabs on yourself and your progress.
It also serves to highlight the areas where you took the correct actions, where you didn't take the easy way out and not do them.
Every time you see where you took correct action, you should congratulate yourself; give yourself a little pat on the back. Do not wait for massive results before congratulating yourself.
Celebrate each step of your progress. Feel good about what you have achieved.

Blanchard and Johnson were the first to advocate the managerial style of not trying to catch people doing wrong but to "catch them doing something right" and immediately acknowledge it.
I spoke in an earlier article of the triumph of determination in the face of huge obstacles of babies learning to walk. We must also remember that their first efforts were more than likely majorly applauded, giving them a huge incentive to persevere which they do.
It is no wonder that all succeed in the first major milestone in their lives.
Thinking of babies, they get applause for every little thing they do. Look at the reaction they get when they do something simple like clap their hands or sway to music. It is no wonder they achieve so much in their early years.
Why do we largely stop this method of incentivizing once a child gets a little older? We need to reverse that trend and learn again to appreciate ourselves and those around us. Tell them each day how fantastic they are. And don't forget it is just as important to appreciate your own efforts.
