Millions of people use cell phones every day. Out of those millions, there are some that drive and talk on their cell phone at the same time. This multi-tasking concept is very dangerous and if a person is not paying attention, they could cause an accident. People rely on their phones so much that they will use it at any time, including while they are behind the wheel.

When a person is dialing a number, their eyes are not focused on the road. They have to look in order to see the numbers. Since they only have one set of eyes, they can only do one or the other.

When people focus more on their conversation than they do driving on the road, they fail to concentrate on where they are going. As a result, they can cause an accident.
