Exercise is one of the most important things to be done to help with cellulite. It will speed up the process of reducing or treating the cellulite in the thighs. Since the thighs may not lose fat as fast as some other areas of the body, toning exercises for the thighs must be done. Although aerobic exercise will decease the overall fat percentage of the body, it cannot and will not just remove fat from the thighs.
