1.Professional Managers Annual Salary Closes to 120 Thousand
The competition in pay level of was not obvious among the manufacturing industry. According to the research data, the annual total cash median value of department managers was 184723 Yuan, and the medium vale of professional managers reached 118425 Yuan, increasing by more than 12%. The median annual salary of the competent layer and the Commissioner layer were 65,842 Yuan and 37,874 Yuan, which had the highest rate of resignation.
2.Pay Competition is Strong in New Material Industry
The pay differential between the sub-sectors in building materials industry is increasingly evident. New materials industry, represented by clay board, wallpaper paint and anhydrous wall plaster, developed rapidly. It possessed a higher concentration of technology and more research and development technicians, which caused a higher level of wages. The downstream sector of the
