Raw materials of ceramic production are mainly shale
, clay, fly ash, industrial waste, river silt. Ceramsite Production Line and Processing:
Due to resource constraints, clay in recent years has been banned in some areas to produce ceramsite. However, some areas can take advantage of river mud, mountain soil and other waste production. Generally the processes of making ceramsites based on clay, river mud or mountain soil are the same to some degree. The process is as follows:
Plasticity process: for clay and clay ceramsite
Process One: clay - plasticizing, homogenizing - granulation - roasting - cooling - finished products
Process two: mixing of raw materials - granulation - screening - sintering - stacked - transportation (bagging)
In fact, process one and process two share the same process. The observation is important during the operation to prevent the material in the kiln clotting to affect the quality of products.
Fly Ash ceramsite production line:
Production of fly ash production process is as follows: raw materials (fly ash admixtures quantitative) - mixing mill - pellet - burning swelling - stacked - transportation (bagging) . Production of fly ash ceramic kiln should use binoculars, that the preheating and kiln drying section individually control its speed, so that state control of raw materials according to their warm-up time. Clay ceramic in recent years due to limited land resources, have been banned in some areas for production and use.
However, some areas can take advantage of river mud, mountain soil and other waste production. The process is: mixing material - granulation - Screening - sintering - stacked - transport (packing). Should be observed in operation, to prevent the agglomeration of the material in the kiln to affect quality.
Main Machines used in the ceramsite production line:
The main equipment in production of ceramsite crushing plant Includes crusher, screening machine, belt conveyor, feeding machine, discharge machine, raw material storage warehouse, dust fall room, induced draft fan, main kiln body, coal injection system and control cabinet, etc. The speed of the feeder under the raw material strong warehouse, kiln body and the quantity of coal arching are all of stepless speed regulating.
