The last and final leg in your journey to become a CIH is to pass a national level examination held every six months at local institutes.

After your selection as a CIH, the final board which looks after the installation of these groups is the American Board of Industrial Hygiene. This is the primary organization that is responsible for recruiting fresh as well as experienced CIH to look after various industries, factories and warehouses.
