It is a well-known fact that most of the mobile phones have Internet facility but not many are aware on how to use it and hence the mobile operators have to make more efforts in educating the customers about it.

While these are just some of the problems faced by most users, the good news is that there is an increase by more than 100 per cent in just a year.
