Unlike other professions, where we normally sit in front of a computer and work for 8-10 hours a day, a job as a social worker demands handling humans who might take time to understand you and your ideas. Many a times it might take months for the patients to interact with social workers but they still have to be calm and give ample time to their patients to open up their hearts so that they can be friends with them.
