Change Is Becoming A Common Theme

A new blog post from Soldak Entertainment's Steven Peeler reveals some information

about hybrid character classes for the company's upcoming new "real time dungeon crawl" game. The post offers examples of how the game's main classes and specialty classes will combine to offer over 100 different possible class combinations.

Change is becoming a common theme, and now it's time for the class system. In our upcoming dungeon crawl, we will have 6 main, fully fledged classes with 3 specialties, each offering 10 skills for a total of 30 unique skills for every buy wow gold class. So far this is similar to how our first game, Depths of Peril, worked. The major difference is that instead of picking a full class, you can choose a hybrid class!

The advantage and disadvantage of hybrid classes are one and the same- you choose any 2 specialties you want from the 6 main cheap wow gold classes. You have a lot of freedom to choose any combination, however, you end up with less skills than a full class has (20 instead of 30). It's the penalty of pursuing two completely different specialties at the same time.

Each specialty has 10 unique skills and/or spells, and also has a number of basic cheapest wow goldarmor and weapon skills (these don't count against the 10 skills). So picking your specialties is a decision about what armor, weapons, and skills you want to be able to use.

When we build an area, we make it in a way that it has specific vehicle encounters, specific combat and a specific feel as a whole. We dont have this procedural landscape with a bunch of grass on it and to call it wasteland everything is kind of hand crafted. For example, the city of Wellspring [which is the first city that youll encounter in the cheapest wow goldgame], we almost treat it like a character we spent a lot of time concepting it, it has a certain flavor and feel, the people treat you in a certain way, they talk to you in a certain way we spent a lot of time kind of crafting it.

So, when you enter the town for the first time the people there dont know who you are, what you are all about and they will treat you as a outsider, some of them wont even speak to you. But as you win the big races, take out some bandits and harass them, you will earn respect. By the end of dealing with the Wellspring inhabitants you will be almost a hero to them. So, you have this story progression, and this character progression by the cheapest wow gold way they treat you.
