. It is of no use to establish a strategy only to find that it can not be easily implemented by the marketing, sales, partnership, product, and other vital teams. The execution of the strategy must be taken in to consideration, as the greatest strategy that is not embraced by others will result in failure. The open lines of communication are also important to understand across the enterprise. It is not uncommon for new products to outsell existing products or for new channels to outsell existing channels. If the team understands that this is part of a larger strategy and not the fault of any particular group within the enterprise, there is a better chance of the channel strategy being adopted by all.
