Anxiety attacks should never be taken for granted no matter how minor it is. Anxiety attacks develop over time and the more that a person is put to stress, the more he is prone to contract this disorder. People's mind works in different ways that is why it is difficult to develop a more defined list of anxiety attack symptoms. However, the fact still remains that everyone can be a victim of this syndrome.
